The Toftin
The Toftin Inventory:
Kindly check all is in place or inform Bill / Eileen, so it may be replaced for your convenience.

The Toftin – (ground that was once ploughed and is no longer) upper apartment, is fitted and furnished
to a comfortable high standard throughout.
There is one family bedroom (double and single beds) with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
The second twin, which can be a superking bed by arrangement, has an adjacent bathroom with jacuzzi.
The living room has a double metal action bed settee.

Kitchen

The kitchen has ample space for food and other kitchen items.
A table cover, hand towel, two dish towels,
a dish cloth and pan scrubber are provided.
An 'Arrival Pack' of basic provisions tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided.

The inventory includes:

Gas hob,
Electric oven
Automatic washer / dryer
Microwave oven
Fridge and freezer
Food processor
Filter Coffee maker
Electric Kettle, Teapot
Automatic Toaster

Six each - wine, beer, shot glasses and tumblers
Table mats, containers, condiment set.
Fire extinguisher and blanket
Upright vacuum cleaner

Sitting Room

To the front of the house and south facing. 
On many days throughout the year you can sit on the patio until quite late on comfortable garden furniture with parasol.
The heating is by gas fired ‘Combi’ boiler so is fast and efficient.

Double (6’ divan) and single 3’ by divan beds with headboard.

En-suite toilet and wash basin, mats and towels,
mirror and wall light/shaver socket. Shower.

 Bedroom 2

Two single 3” divan beds. With pine headboards.
Two single duvets and linen, bath and hand towel per person
Chest of drawers and wall mirror.
Hand chair
Hanging cupboard with drawers.
Two drawer bedside cabinet.
Bedside light and rug.

Bathroom
The bathroom: whirlpool bath and basin, toilet and bath mats.
There is a fitted wall light with shaver socket over the basin. White WC.

Patio: Pine garden seating for eight with a parasol.
On many days throughout the year you can sit on the patio until quite late on comfortable garden furniture with parasol.
