The Reed Inventory –

Kindly check all is in place or inform Bill / Eileen, so it may be replaced for your convenience.

The Reed (where cattle once ran.) is fitted and furnished to a comfortable high standard throughout.
It has been fully re-carpeted for this season.
There is one twin bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
The second twin has a zip and link bed and an adjacent bathroom.
Clean comfortable pillows, duvets and towels per person.
The living room has a double metal action bed settee and opens to the patio, where children can play.
The kitchen opens to the living room so it’s possible to walk straight out to the patio.

Kitchen

The kitchen has ample space for food and other kitchen items. It is adjacent to the sitting area
which opens to the patio with garden furniture. A table cover, hand towel, two dish towels,
a dish cloth and pan scrubber are provided.
An 'Arrival Pack' of basic provisions tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided.

Sitting Area

To the front of the cottage, with patio door opening out to the South. 
On many days throughout the year you can sit outside until quite late on comfortable garden furniture with parasol.
The heating is by gas fired ‘Combi’ boiler so is fast and efficient.
